Is Wecket really free?

Yes. The full social experience — posts, chat, communities, live video, events — is free forever. Premium is entirely optional and covers additional creator tools.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Premium stays active until the end of your current 30-day period. After that, your account reverts to the free Personal plan. You keep everything you've created — nothing is deleted.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, for all paid features. This covers credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balances worldwide.

Can I get a refund?

Event ticket and Premium refunds are handled case by case — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll sort it out. See our Terms for full details.
